it has a fine fragrance of vegetables and delicate white flowers.

Taste:

its taste is pleasantly fresh, averagely sweet and lingering, with overtones of fresh legumes and ripe banana.

Production area and period:

It is widespread all over Italy, in particular in the South of Italy, near Viterbo and in Tuscany. it blooms from April to July. The honey is collected during the summer.

Tips for use:

It can be used in vegetable or fruit purees, added to teas and infusions, in cooking in general and with semi-mature mountain toma such as Asiago and other similar cheeses.
